The average size of a blackthroat seaperch is said to be around 200g.

Nakamata Group's Nodoguro is more than twice as large as 500g.

The reason for this is that the extra-large meat maximizes the concentrated high-quality fat and rich flavor.

In addition, the Nodoguro procured by the Nakamata Group grew up eating highly nutritious shrimp,

It is a gem filled with plenty of sweetness in the body of the throat.

 

Commitment 2 "Grilled to maximize the deliciousness of blackthroat seaperch"

You can enjoy the fat and umami of the high-grade fish
