We are Fugu Nakamata, specializing in Torafugu (blowfish).
A new seasonal course will begin on Monday, May 19 through September!
Speaking of fugu, it is often eaten as sashimi, deep-fried, nabe (hot pot), or recently grilled, but we have prepared a course that allows customers to enjoy it in a different way only during the hot season!
The fin wine, unique to fugu, is also prepared cold and homemade so that it can be enjoyed during the hot season!
Please enjoy a different way of eating torafugu than usual at our restaurant!
