Nakamata Shochu and Torafugu
Good evening! We are Fugu Nakamata, specializing in torafugu (blowfish). Fugu cuisine is often associated with sake (Japanese rice wine) and shinshu (sake made from the fin), but at our restaurant, you can enjoy imo shochu made by the Nakamata Shuzo brewery in Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture! We have a wide selection of shochu made with Yamadanishiki malted rice, as well as shochu with a strong sweet potato flavor.
How about a bottle of handmade shochu, which is difficult to mass-produce and can only be enjoyed at our restaurant, along with torafugu?
