The torafugu was caught in Ehime Yawatahama (Bungo Channel) and Ohara, Chiba Prefecture! The torafugu has a different appearance after being tossed in the rough waters of the sea. The fish is matured for several days before being served to our customers. We ask that reservations be made at least two days in advance for the natural course. Please come to our restaurant for a different taste and texture from farm-raised fish.
