Recommended Sake to go with the finest torafugu
Good evening! I'm Nakamata, specializing in fugu (blowfish).
Today, the lineup of limited-arrival recommended sake will be updated!
In addition to the popular "Tenkei" (Mie Prefecture), which will continue to be served, the following two types of sake have newly arrived.
Narumi Tokubetsu Junmai Usu-Nigori [Blue] Nama-nagori-shu (Toyama Prefecture)
Seasonal, light nigori that can be drunk lightly.
Refreshing, crisp, clear and dry sake.
Naraman Junmai Namaisake Nakadare" (Fukushima Prefecture)
Fruity, slightly carbonated, reminiscent of grapefruit.
It has a good bitterness, dry dryness, and a rich, full flavor.
We have in stock a variety of dry sake that goes well with the delicious taste of fugu.
We have prepared a course that allows you to savor the finest torafugu up to the bone marrow!
We still have seats available this week, but please inquire about private or semi-private rooms!
