We are Fugu Nakamata, specializing in Torafugu (blowfish).
As we move into December, the weather is getting colder and colder.
Introducing fugu nabe (blowfish hot pot), a dish to be eaten during the cold season!
We serve various parts of the meat in deep-fried or nabe dishes, taking advantage of the characteristics of each part!
The beak of the blowfish is full of collagen and is a popular part of the fish for women.
Zosui (rice porridge) made with the broth from the finished pot is finished right in front of the guests!
