We serve sake made at the Nakamata Sake Brewery, which boasts a history of over 100 years in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
Today, we would like to introduce our recommended shochu.
●Kirino
A shochu that is easy to drink but has a full-bodied flavor.
●Nakamata
You can taste the richness of the black malted rice brewing.
It was awarded the highest prize at the Kagoshima Prefecture Imojochu Competition.
●Tenma no Shizuku
A forbidden blend of three crude oils. A light, dry shochu.
We also offer many other types of sake, including seasonal specials.
It goes well with our most popular nodoguro (sea bream) shabu-shabu. Please try it.
