This is Nakamata Ginza Nakamata KOKU, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (sea bream).

The store will be closed for Kagoshima shochu training for all employees.

I will continue to study the Nakamata Group's potato shochu and the thoughts of the master brewer so that I can share them with the customers who visit our store.
