Grilled dish: Nodoguro (sea bream) grilled with half a piece of salt
Deep-fried fish ball with sea urchin
Hot dish – Nodoguro shabu with king crab and seasonal vegetables
Specialty: Nodoguro gohan (rice cooked in an earthenware pot) with shaved cod ink.
Fruits: Shizuoka muskmelon (subject to change depending on season)
