This is Nakamata Ginza Nakamata KOKU, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (sea bream).
The final meal of our course is an earthenware pot of rice topped with a whole whole nodoguro tuna.
The combination of the dashi broth and the fat of the throatfish makes the earthenware pot rice an exquisite dish.
