Ginza Nakamata, specializing in throat grouper.
We went to Nakamata Shuzo, a sake brewery in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, for shochu training.
There was much to learn about the history of Kagoshima and the thoughts of the master brewer.
We will continue to promote awareness of Nakamata shochu along with the delicious taste of nodoguro.
