Nodoguro no Nakamata Tsukiji!
Today, we would like to introduce a rare "Black Koji Kirino"!
As the name suggests, black koji is used and the koji rice is Yamadanishiki!
It is characterized by the fact that it is released from the brewery twice a year and is a very deep-flavored sweet potato shochu that combines the best aspects of Kirino and Nakamata shochu!
The best way to drink it is on the rocks!
Please take this opportunity to come and enjoy Japan's best nodoguro (sea bream) and shochu!
There are still seats available after December 20!
Private rooms for special use are also available.
We look forward to hearing from you.
