Shochu has arrived today from Nakamata Shuzo!
Nakamata Brewery is located in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, and has been in business for over 110 years.
It is not widely available in Tokyo and can only be found at Nakamata-affiliated restaurants!
All shochu are made to be easy to drink and go well with nodoguro!
We hope you will try it!
