It is cold outside, but the heat from the binchotan charcoal is amazing in the grilling area just inside the restaurant.
We use this charcoal fire to slowly and tenderly grill our extra-large bluefin tuna, which is our specialty.
We recommend that you reserve a limited number of Nodoguro (sea bream).
