The grand festival ceremony is held on June 10, and various festivals are held from Friday to Sunday close to June 10. In the "Yin Matsuri," one of the following lions is carried on Sunday: the Shrine Senkanmiya Mikoshi (portable shrine), the Tento Daijishi (male lion), and the Benzaiten Oteguro Shishi (female lion). Stalls line both sides of the street from the shrine to the main street. From the first day of the festival, a thatch ring for summer purification is erected on the shrine grounds, and visitors can walk through the thatch ring until the purification ceremony.
