Charcoal primal grill
Primal grilling is an old-fashioned cooking method. It takes a lot of time and effort, but it is the most delicious way to cook fish.
In the olden days, when there was neither gas nor electricity, fish were skewered and roasted standing around a bonfire. This cooking method is called "primitive grilling.
Grilling the fish mouth down over a charcoal fire removes excess moisture and concentrates the flavor of the fish.
The most delicious way to grill fish, that is "primal grilling".
grilled northern bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus)
Extra large 9,800 yen (8,909 yen without tax)
Our restaurant uses large, thick "Nodoguro" that weighs more than 500 grams, while the usual size is about 300 grams. We are proud of the freshness of our "top-quality" nodoguro caught in the morning and shipped directly from the fishing port, and we grill it in a luxurious way.
By serving it grilled, you can enjoy the juicy fat and the delicious flavor of the meat, a dish that only thick tuna can provide.
