Our signature "Nodoguro Course" is a luxurious dining experience that allows you to fully savor the thick, succulent flesh and rich umami flavor of nodoguro.
Starting with seasonal appetizers served in small bowls, the menu features seared and thinly sliced blackthroat seabass, as well as bluefin tuna and peony shrimp,
Enjoy fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyosu.
We also offer salt-grilled blackthroat seabass, and our signature satsuma-age fish cakes made with blackthroat seabass.
This warm blackthroat seabass shabu-shabu is a true delicacy that allows you to savor the rich, savory flavor of its fat.
This clay pot rice is generously topped with a whole blackthroat seaperch, so you can really taste the rich flavor of the fish in every grain of rice.
And to finish off the meal, we’ve prepared some warabi mochi for dessert.
We also offer a wide variety of beverages, including Nakamata sweet potato shochu from Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
