We are Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (throat grouper).
In addition to nodoguro and tuna, we also use button prawns with great care👍.

The button prawns are purchased that morning from the Toyosu market.

Freshness is excellent! Flesh is plump! Plenty of sweetness in the meat!
