We want you to spend your precious time at leisure, so we have become a restaurant that offers course meals using a wide variety of seasonal ingredients, with a focus on nodoguro (sea bream).
Focus on the finest
Ginza Nakamata, specializing in bluefin tuna, offers a large, thick, top-quality bluefin tuna weighing more than 500 grams. (*Normal weight is about 200g).
We mainly use the highest quality sea bream, including "Benihitomi", which is caught off the coast of Tsushima in Nagasaki Prefecture.
Gourmet ranking No. 1 in Ginza
Ginza Nakamata, specializing in throat tuna, opened in October 2015. Not only does the restaurant use the highest grade of bluefin tuna, which is the best white fish and the most delicious fish in Japan, but the restaurant's course menus, which are all about bluefin tuna, have become a topic of conversation and have been featured on TV and in various other media.
It was ranked in the TOP 5000* on Japan's largest gourmet food website, "Eat Log," and ranked No. 1 in the Ginza area for izakaya and shabu-shabu.

Nodoguro no kata yaki" and "nodoguro shabu shabu" are especially popular dishes at our restaurant, which bring out the best flavor of nodoguro.
To bring out the true flavor of the fish, we serve it grilled, raw (sashimi), cooked, and in a variety of other ways that only a specialty restaurant can.

Banquet courses are available from 11,000 yen (including tax) for food only and from 14,300 yen (including tax) for all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, 14,300 yen with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours (tax included). You can choose the course that best suits your budget and the occasion.
We are proud of our nodoguro (sea bream), which has an excellent fat content, and you can enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the meat. We hope you will use our restaurant for various banquets along with drinks that go well with it.
We offer various types of seating suitable for various occasions in our modern Japanese-style restaurant. Private rooms are available for 6 persons or more, so please feel free to consult with us.
