Today, I would like to introduce the Nodoguro-meshi, which is served at the end of the lunch course.
The skin is seared and placed on top of the vinegared rice. The throatfish broth is served together, so it can also be served chazuke-style!

Nodoguro gozen, a lunch-only meal featuring dried nodoguro (sea bream) served overnight, is also available!
