We are Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (sea bream).

The blackthroat seaperch from Tsushima, Nagasaki, is large and rich in fat. We take great pride in sourcing and serving this fish at our restaurant.

Although this is a high-end fish, we’re constantly experimenting to ensure everyone is satisfied.
