We are Ginza Nakamata, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!
Today, we have again procured from Toyosu Market a thick, firm fatty throatfish weighing more than 500 grams!
The button prawns are also plump and the flesh is sweet!
The fresh, fresh fish that cannot be found anywhere else can be enjoyed in the throat tuna course!
