The restaurant uses extra-large 500g or more throat grouper from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture, and specializes in throat grouper courses!
One of them is the "Summation of the Thinly Thinned Tuna Course," which features a sumptuous sashimi of nodoguro (thinly sliced, thickly sliced, and seared sashimi of nodoguro)!
