〜Sake of the Day at Ginza Nakamata

Today's sake is

Dry junmai ginjo "Ame-go-no-tsuki" that goes well with sashimi

Mitsui's Kotobuki Porcini, made in the image of the aroma of Italian matsutake porcini mushrooms

Two types are in stock today!

We have a selection of sake that goes well with the Nodoguro course, so you can enjoy the course with seasonal sake!

〜September 6 (Chron.) Bluefin Tuna Fair

We are Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!

We will be holding a Doroguro day on September 6!

Course of grilled Nodoguro (sea bream)

Usually half a fish for one person → one fish
and the price will remain the same!

The size is the same as the extra-large 500g or more nodoguro from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture, so you can enjoy the luxury of nodoguro!

Seating is limited, so we look forward to your early reservations!

We are pleased to announce our business structure for October.

We will be closed on 8th (Sat.), 10th (Mon.) and 15th (Sat.) in addition to our regular closing days on Sundays.
