Kurojyoka" is made with shochu directly from the Nakamata Shuzo brewery in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima, and is mixed 1:1 with water and shochu.
Its taste after three days of resting is a mildly flavored, hot shochu that you can drink as many glasses of as you like!
