We go directly to Toyosu every morning to stock up!
We are particular about not only "extra-large bluefin tuna from Tsushima," but also "the best tuna in the world" in our course meals.
For the five-piece sashimi platter, we procure the best "natural and raw" tuna of the day from Yamayuki!
