From head to toe, we offer a course that is all about Nodoguro!
As a restaurant specializing in throat tuna, the course menu is, of course, all about throat tuna.
From sashimi, salted and grilled dishes, to nabe dishes and end meals, we create nodoguro dishes that can be enjoyed in a variety of appealing ways!
The usual size of throat tuna is said to be 200 to 300 grams, but for our course customers only, we use extra-large size (500 grams or more) throat tuna with plenty of fat and delicious flavor on the meat!
