Hello! I am Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!

The nodoguro used in our shabu-shabu is nodoguro that can also be eaten as sashimi.

The flavor changes depending on how the meat is cooked, so our staff members show how the meat is cooked as a sample before the customers try shabu-shabu.

It is served with homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) for a refreshing taste.

Today we are open for joint business at fugunakamata, serving the highest quality torafugu (blowfish).
