The finest, jewel-like bluefin tuna is in stock!
Another name that nodoguro has is "akamitsu" (red mullet).
However, this is not a member of the mutsu family, and the origin of this fish is said to come from its "red, whip-like, and fatty" appearance!
Today, from Toyosu, we received a top-quality nodoguro that truly embodies its name!
The nodoguro (sea bream), carefully caught on Tsushima Island in Nagasaki, is a luxurious whole-course meal!
Some courses can be prepared on the day of the event, while others are limited to reservations made up to the day before, so advance consideration is recommended!
