The nodoguro (throat grouper) that arrived today had many eggs in it! Nodoguro are just coming into spawning season.
The nodoguro itself is in very good condition, although I thought the meat quality seemed softer than usual!
Salt-grilled and shabu-shabu are especially recommended!
