We not only focus on extra-large bigeye tuna, but also carefully select and purchase other sashimi and ingredients from Toyosu!
Large button prawns filled with sweetness are served fresh and alive until morning in the sashimi platter of the course.
The head shells are deep-fried and served again, so you can enjoy them twice!
