In our course, we offer nodoguro shabu shabu, which is served in a broth made from nodoguro ara!
You can choose whether to cook it briefly and feel the fat melt out, or cook it longer and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture.
You can enjoy the two different heat levels, which are also divided in popularity, according to your preference!
In addition, the remaining broth will be used to make soup.
Please try our shabu-shabu, which is only tasty because of its fatty nodoguro!
