Hello! This is Ginza Nakamata, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (throat grouper). Today, we have a selection of Nodoguro (sea bream) from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture.
In addition to the bluefin tuna, we also offer an "Akika Bluefin Tuna Course" that includes matsutake mushrooms and other autumnal ingredients, available only during the fall season.
This course is limited to reservations made by the day before!
