Course throat tuna dishes that can be enjoyed in all kinds of cooking methods.
In our course, you can savor the flavor of the rare raw sashimi, grilled fish, satsuma-age, shabu-shabu, whole fish cooked in an earthenware pot with rice, and many other ways!
Some courses can be prepared on the day of the event, but we recommend that you consider and make reservations in advance as some courses use limited ingredients!
