We prepare course meals using carefully selected fresh fish and ingredients that we go to the Toyosu Market every morning to purchase directly!
Among them, you can enjoy "raw" Nodoguro Sashimi in our course, which is made possible by the freshness of the fish!
Please try not only the extra-large fatty Pacific bluefin tuna, but also natural fresh tuna, fresh button prawns, and other sashimi carefully selected by our chefs!

Monday through Thursday, we are open jointly with our sister restaurant, fugunakamata, which specializes in torafugu (blowfish).
