Winter Special《Fuyuka》Bluefin Tuna Course
We have prepared a limited winter course that includes a bluefin tuna shabu shabu shabu and whole bluefin tuna takiko in an earthenware pot with rice and plenty of snow crab!
The sashimi is served with carefully pasted nodoguro liver, which is a perfect accompaniment to sake!
Due to the use of special ingredients, reservations must be made by the day before the event.
During January, we will be open Monday through Thursday at our sister restaurant across the street, Torafugu Nakamata, which specializes in fugu (blowfish)!
