We are Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!
Today is the last day of May!
In June, we will be open jointly with Fugu Nakamata, specializing in torafugu (blowfish), from 11:30am!
We purchase fresh nodoguro and torafugu from Toyosu every morning, as well as fish for the ‼︎ daily lunch set meal and sashimi for the deep-fried blowfish set meal!
The set menus change each time, so please contact us for more information!
Tomorrow we will serve a limited quantity of fried cod set menus!
We also offer lunch and dinner courses of bluefin tuna and torafugu, respectively, from 11:30 a.m!
