We are Ginza Nakamata, specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!
Today, we are introducing our specialty, the bluefin tuna shabu shabu and rice in an earthenware pot with bluefin tuna.
The freshness of the sea urchin makes the Nodoguronosabu Shabu Shabu an exquisite dish! It is served with homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) to keep it refreshing even in summer!
Earthen pot rice with bluefin tuna is served freshly cooked using a whole bluefin tuna. The fat from the bluefin tuna soaks into the earthenware pot rice, which is also highly recommended!
