Today we would like to introduce Nakamata Shuzo's shochu!
This shochu is handmade in Ibusuki, Kagoshima and is only available at our store and our sister stores!
It is characterized by its refreshing and easy-drinking taste, and goes well with bluefin tuna dishes!
There are also different types of drinks, so you can compare them!
We are jointly open today at our sister restaurant, Fugu Nakamata, which specializes in torafugu (blowfish)!
