Hello, I'm Nakamata, the owner of Nodoguro specialty restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo! This is Ginza Nakamata, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (sea bream)!
The course menu includes sashimi, salted and grilled nodoguro (big bluefin tuna) weighing more than 500 grams, homemade satsuma-age, nodoguro shabu shabu, and rice cooked in an earthenware pot with a whole nodoguro!
