Customers ordering our course will be served a variety of nodoguro dishes using extra-thick, extra-large nodoguro of 500 grams or more!
Nodoguro (big-eyed tuna) grown to extra-large size in Tsushima, Nagasaki, by eating plenty of shrimp, crab, and other natural sources of flavor.
The fish is so rich in fat and flavor that the season is of no concern to us!
In addition, we carefully select and purchase the freshest natural raw tuna and button lobster directly from Toyosu, which we also serve with sashimi!
