This is a dish with bamboo shoots and bluefin tuna, which we don't do now because of last year's seasonal course of rice in an earthen pot!

We are still undecided this year, but we are thinking about cooking with bamboo shoots! Bamboo shoots have appeared at the Toyosu market, and spring is almost here!
