
We have just stocked up on NODOGURO from Tsushima, Nagasaki! The fatty and juicy nodoguro is delicious as sashimi, boiled, grilled, or anything else 😋.
We have been a specialty restaurant and have been dealing with bluefin tuna for about 10 years, so our current course is the result of a trial and error process!
We will continue to improve every day with the aim of becoming the best restaurant in Ginza when it comes to throat grouper courses.
