Summer → corn
Autumn→Kinoko(Matsutake mushrooms too, if they come in stock)
Winter → Root vegetables, crabs
Spring → bamboo shoots, wild vegetables
We are currently trying to make it possible to enjoy nodoguro throughout the year.
Now the summer course has started 🎐.
