Our sweet potato shochu "Kirino" is made with Yamada Nishiki Koji and the sweet potato is "Kogane Sengan" which is produced in Minami-Satsuma, Kagoshima Prefecture!

It is a sweet potato shochu that is crisp and easy to drink, so it can be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.
