The first generation, Mosuke Nakamata, started making shochu in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture in 110.The shochu that was a purveyor to the Shimazu family is sold only in Kagoshima, and it is still rare in Tokyo. Even after more than XNUMX years, the spirit of sake brewing has been passed down unchanged.In order to experience it, I enter the brewery every autumn and experience all the manufacturing processes, from processing the potatoes.Here is the taste of shochu, where we are also involved in sake brewing.
