NAKAMATAKI

[Four commitments] What are the Nakamata Group's commitments to eating the finest "nodoguro" in Tokyo?

Hello.
Thank you for always using the Nakamata Group.

The fresh greenery shines in the blue sky, and the number of sweaty days has increased.
I feel that the people who go to the city will be dressed in refreshing colors, and the mood will be bright.

The Nakamata Group welcomes customers mainly based on the "four commitments".
This time, I would like to share with you my commitment.

◇◇ If you want to eat the finest “nodoguro” in Tokyo, go to Nakamata Group ◇◇

~~Four commitments~~

■ Commitment XNUMX: Commitment to "fish"
The Nakamata Group uses only carefully selected fish from various production areas in Japan without specifying the production area.
For example, fresh botan shrimp from Hokkaido, wild red sea bream from Akashi, raw domestic bluefin tuna, etc.
So that our customers can enjoy the best quality of each place and time,
I keep it in mind every day.
Large prawns that are rarely seen in Tokyo, and the finest sashimi with a firm taste,
Please try it once.

■ Commitment XNUMX: Commitment to "procurement"
Every morning, we always go to the river bank to purchase our products.
If you choose something strange, it's a battlefield between professionals who are judged to be that level of connoisseur.
They come to the river bank every day and give priority to people who can be discerning.
Good products cannot be purchased overnight.
That's why I always go to the river bank every morning to stock up on reliable items.

Commitment XNUMX: Commitment to "sake"
The Nakamata family has been making shochu for over 110 years,
Founded in XNUMX by Mosuke Nakamata in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
The family home of the Nakamata family is also a cultural heritage site.
Shochu, which was a purveyor to the Shimazu family, is limited to Kagoshima Prefecture.
Even after more than 100 years, the spirit of sake brewing has been handed down unchanged.
In order to experience it, I enter the brewery every autumn and experience all the manufacturing processes, from processing the potatoes.
Here is the taste of shochu, where we are also involved in sake brewing.

■ Commitment XNUMX: Commitment to "charcoal"
The Nakamata Group uses the highest quality "Kishu Bincho charcoal".
Binchotan charcoal is said to be difficult to handle, such as bursting due to the balance of air and moisture.
Craftsmen spare no effort in <pottery> and work carefully.
Delicious food is not easy.
We use the finest ingredients for the finest ingredients to deliver delicious dishes.

The above are the Nakamata Group's four commitments.

"delicious"

We at the Nakamata Group are working every day for this one word from our customers.
We use plenty of high-quality ingredients and create a variety of gems and sake,
Please come and taste it slowly and carefully.

The Nakamata Group is looking forward to your visit.
